200Notes is built for teams. Our collaboration features help you work together seamlessly, share knowledge effectively, and coordinate work across your organization.

Getting Started with Team Collaboration

Inviting Team Members

To invite team members to your project:

  1. Open your project and go to the Settings tab
  2. Scroll to the "Team Members" section
  3. Click "Invite Member"
  4. Enter the person's email address
  5. Choose their role (Viewer, Editor, or Admin)
  6. Add a personal message (optional)
  7. Click "Send Invitation"

📧 Invitation Process

When you invite someone, they'll receive an email with a link to join your project. If they don't have a 200Notes account, they'll be prompted to create one first.
